This document constitutes an official offer by the Sole Proprietor Olga Golubeva (Tax ID: 500316637939), hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider,” to enter into an agreement under the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Offer governs the relationship between the Service Provider and an individual who uses the Telegram bot “Tone_AI_bot” (hereinafter — the “User”).
1.2. The acceptance of this Offer occurs at the moment the User begins using the service, i.e., upon uploading a file or link to the bot.

2. SERVICES

2.1. The Service Provider offers automated transcription of audio/video files and the generation of a textual version (including PDF) and a summary.
2.2. Access to the service is provided through the Telegram messenger.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

3.1. A limited free trial is available to the User, with a data upload cap.
3.2. Upon reaching the limit, access continues on a paid subscription basis (based on token volume).
3.3. Payments are processed via an integrated payment system.

4. SERVICE DELIVERY

4.1. Services are deemed delivered upon completion of transcription and/or summary generation.
4.2. Refunds are issued only in case of a technical failure attributable to the Service Provider, as confirmed by the support team.

5. RESTRICTIONS

5.1. The User is prohibited from uploading content that includes:

• Personal data of third parties without their explicit consent;

• Content that is extremist, violent, or otherwise prohibited by law.

5.2. The User bears full responsibility for the files, links, and resulting materials processed through the service, including their compliance with applicable legislation.
5.3. The Service Provider does not moderate or pre-approve any content uploaded or generated via the service.
5.4. The Service Provider is not liable for the accuracy or reliability of the transcription results.

6. PERSONAL DATA

6.1. The User agrees to the Privacy Policy and consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7. REFUND POLICY

Payment is charged for actual token usage.

If the transcription of an audio/video file was successfully completed, a refund is not possible.
Refunds are granted only in cases of technical malfunction not caused by the User.

Refund requests are reviewed within 48 business hours via the Telegram support channel @photoroomer.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS

8.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend this Offer at any time without prior notice.
