4. DATA DISCLOSURE

4.1. User data is not shared with third parties.

4.2. Payment-related personal data is transmitted directly by the user to the payment provider (issuing bank) via secure electronic channels. ToneAI does not store or process this data.

5. DATA RETENTION

Uploaded audio/video files are automatically deleted after processing (typically within 1 hour).
Personal data (such as Telegram ID) is retained until the user deletes their account or requests deletion via the support channel in Telegram: @photoroomer.

6. USER RIGHTS

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users have the right to:
